The Problem
A solo tech creator was spending 15+ hours per week on video editing, thumbnail design, title optimization, and publishing — limiting output to 2 videos per week maximum.
The Approach
I built a Python pipeline that handles editing (cuts, transitions, b-roll insertion), generates AI thumbnails, writes SEO-optimized titles and descriptions using GPT-4o, and schedules publishing via the YouTube API.
The Result
The channel went from 2 videos/week to 5 videos/week. Total views crossed 500K. The creator now focuses only on filming while the pipeline handles everything else.
